Suthep declares victory

People's Democratic Reform Committee secretary general Suthep Thaugsuban declared victory of the people at the rally outside the Government House at 4 pm.
Suthep said the people had achieved a victory to wipe out the Thaksin regime by coming out to fill Bangkok streets and marched to the Government House.
He said the PDRC would start studying how to shape up the country’s reform.
He said he would later announce the reform plan in the evening.
