Fuel stations on protest routes closed

Fuel stations along the protests' routes are being temporarily closed on the Energy Business Department's order.

Somnuek Bamrungsalee, director-general of the department, said that the stations would resume services once the protesters pass their premises. All stations - including NGV and LPG stations - are also instructed to fill up only vehicle tanks, not other kinds of containers. If necessary, buyers with their own containers must present the ID cards.
He said that there has been no complaint on shortage so far today.
