Four killed, six injured in attack against municipality office in Pattani

Insurgents opened fire at the Tambon Magood Municipality in Pattani's Khokpho district at 11:45 am Thursday before setting off two homemade bombs, killing a villager and three municipality officials.
Six other municipality officials were also injured in the attack.
Police said the insurgents attacked the office by opening fire at it, terrifying officials who rushed out of the office through the front door only to be shot at.
When the officials retreated and fled through the backdoor, the insurgents went inside the plant the bomb inside the office and another one outside the office.
The bomb inside the office killed three officials who were already by gunshots and a villager who happened to pass by was also killed.
