Most Nakhon Ratchasima wants referendum on province partition

Most of residents of Nakhon Ratchasima want a referendum to be held on whether Bua Yai district should be separated into a new province, an opinion survey by the National Institute of Development Administration has found.
The NIDA surveyed residents of eight districts of the province on Thursday and Friday and found that 88.76 per cent support a referendum on the issue.
The survey found that 46.26 per cent disagree with the partition while 38.84 per cent support it.
