No decision yet on four satelliteTV stations that broke rules: NBTC panel
A panel of the national broadcasting regulator has failed to make a decision on whether four political-leaning satellite TV stations should be banned for breaching an agreement with the regulator and an order of the junta.
Monday’s meeting of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission’s Broadcasting Committee could not reach a conclusion on this matter.
Panel members said they wanted to make sure they had enough information and evidence before deciding.
