Thai Airways International and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) plans special promotions for visitors to tour the country through cycling next year.
There was no further information on the plans, though.
The organisations recently launched the "Fly & Bike Thailand" campaign on the occasion of His Majesty the King’s 87th birthday anniversary to promote tourism in Thailand through bicycling. On the day, the bike parade of 999 cyclists were released in Bangkok. It won supports from several parties like Airbus, THAI-Amadeus Southeast Asia Co Ltd, Thai Yamaha Motor Co Ltd, Chang Drinking Water, Oishi Drink, Boeing, Amorn Bicycle, LA Bicycle (Thailand) Co, Canon Marketing (Thailand) Co Ltd, Rolls-Royce, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Amorn Hamradio Co.
