The panel would suggest measures to combat corruption to the Constitution Drafting Committee.
It would appoint a sub-panel to support operations, summon people, officials and agencies to give information and suggestions and call for documents and evidence necessary to facilitate work.
The Cabinet would be asked to instruct the Budget Bureau to facilitate the panel’s work and pay for administrative expenses and meeting allowances for the panel members.
