Dusit International plans residential complex in Yangon

Dusit International has announced that it will manage its first dusitD2 project in Myanmar.
Slated to open in 2017, dusitD2 Residence Yangon is situated between the city centre and Yangon International Airport.
The residence will offer 300 units, a speciality dining outlet, bar, business lounge and recreational facilities including a gym and swimming pool.
Dusit is undertaking the project under an agreement with realestate developer Myanmar JP Asset Co. The building has been designed by Iida Architect Studio in Japan and the construction management will be handled by Kokusai Land (Vietnam).
