SCB headquarters' whole central building is closed, but the East and West buildings are open as usual.
- Foreign currency exchange services at HQ have been moved to SCB Chaeng Wattana Soi 13 Branch.
- Departments at SCB headquarters have been moved to Bang Khen and Chaeng Wattana branches.
- Private Banking and Safe Deposit Box services will be made available at HQ on a case-by-case basis.
- SCB reported the fire situation to the Bank of Thailand yesterday and the Stock Exchange of Thailand today.
- SCB can provide its normal services and continue its operations as usual.
- The bank insists that the fire incident is in no way connected with the KMITL scandal.
- A contractcontact centre has been set up at SCB Park Plaza and is available to serve clients who need to contractcontact HQ.
