Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Prawit Wongsuwan said the government would not hold peace dialogue with insurgent groups if there are still violent attacks in the deep South.
He said he attacks show that those who participate in the peace talks are not real leaders of the insurgent groups and cannot order the insurgents to stop the attacks.
