Explosion at Samut Prakan factory

THREE WORKERS were wounded seriously, while eight sustained slight injuries when an explosion occurred at a food processing factory in Samut Prakan province yesterday.
A police source said the explosion of an animal feed-processing machine located on the fourth floor inflicted heavy damages to the 5-storey building belonging to Lamthong Sahakarn Co.
Workers sustained burns when the building caught fire and was partially destroyed when all walls on the fourth and fifth floors were blown out.
Some workers were reported missing, but all 11 of them were eventually located and rushed to a hospital.
