The first building, a four-floor home where Pongpat spent most of his time, featured paintings, valuable porcelain, Buddha statues, artefacts and ivory decorations.
Officials found four vaults hidden underground at the home, while every floor had a large vault.
The second building is located 200 metres away and is a shop that sells artifacts such as Buddha statues, paintings, and porcelain.
Assistant police chief Lt-General Prawut Thawornsiri said military and police officials had already seized Pongpat assets from 18 locations and only some land remained to be seized.
He said the four-floor building had also been seized.
Assets that could be easily damaged or were difficult to maintain would be auctioned and those that were kept by the state would be sold after Pongpat’s case concluded, he said.
