Art auction to help Nepal quake victims

The Foreign Ministry, along with the Culture Ministry and the General Prem Tinsulanonda Statesman Foundation, will host an art auction to raise funds for quake victims in Nepal. The event will be held Monday, from 5pm to 8pm, at the Foreign Ministry's Vit
National Artists who have submitted art pieces for this auction include Decha Warachun, Nonthiwan Chantanaphalin, Vichoke Mukdamanee, Waranun Chutchawantipakorn, Yanyong Olarachin, Chalood Nimsamer and Chuang Moolpinit.
The auction will also feature 10 paintings by various artists from the foundation plus eight award-winning art pieces and paintings by aspiring young artists from the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture. The money will be passed onto the government to aid the quake victims.
