Construction institute warns labour shortage in second half

Jakkapop Oonjit, director of the Constitution Institute of Thailand, warned that there will be shortage of construction workers during the second half of this year.
He warned that the shortage would be as severe as the situation when the country was hit by massive flooding in 2011. He said many of the workers would return to work in their farms in the second half when many mega projects would begin.
