Noppadon cleared of malfeasance charges

The Supreme Court on Friday ruled in favour of former foreign minister Noppadon Pattama after finding him not guilty of malfeasance over supporting an agreement that allowed Cambodia to seek the listing of the Preah Vihear temple as a World Heritage Site.
