The LED, in its capacity as the asset administrator, will pass the plan to all of the cooperatives’ 18,869 creditors, covering capital worth Bt23 billion, before the meeting of creditors in mid-December or early January, she said.
After receiving and studying the plan, any creditor wishing to object to the plan’s creditor grouping can file an objection with the Central Bankruptcy Court within seven days after receiving the plan, she explained. If the creditors want the plan amended, they can file a request to the LED at least three days before the creditors’ meeting, she said.
