Prayut orders bomb suspects to be tried in Criminal Court

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Tuesday that the two arrested bomb suspects must be tried in the Criminal Court instead of the martial court.
Earlier the day, police said they were making preparations to transfer the case to the martial court as the case is a security case, which must be tried by the military court under orders of the National Council for Peace and Order.
But Prayut said the case involved a lot of suspects and most are foreigners so the case must be tried in the Criminal Court.
