Police prompt the most complaints

The police and the local administrative organisations remain the agencies that attract the most public complaints, Auditor-General Sriracha Charoenpanit said Monday in his review of his agency's achievements in fiscal 2015.

Sriracha said that from October last year until September 31, the agency received 2,906 complaints, 1,256 of which were resolved and 1,650 ongoing.
Speaking at the civil service complex on Chaeng Wattana Road, he said the agency would soon propose a policy framework for education reform and submit 14 related draft legislations to the Education Minister.
