Chaturon asks administrative court to annul order that revoked his passports

Former deputy prime minister Chaturon Chaisang Wednesday asked the Central Administrative Court to annul the order of the Foreign Ministry that revoked his passports.

In his lawsuit, Chaturon named the Foreign Ministry, the Consular Department, the foreign minister, the permanent secretary for Foreign Ministry, the Consular Department director general, the Royal Thai Police and the police commissioner general co-defendants.
He alleged that the co-defendants allegedly collaborated to issue an order to strip him out of his passports unlawfully.
