Phuhin Rongkla Park has frozen dews for second morning

The Phuhin Rongkla National Park had frozen dews for the two consecutive days Wednesday morning.
Park officials said the grass temperature at the park in Phitsanulok’s Nakhon Thai distirct dropped to minus two Celsius degree, causing frozen dews all over the park ground.
Phitsanulok weather forecast chief Thada Sattha said the temperature on mountaintops in Phitsanulok ranged from two to four Celsius degree Wednesday morning.
