As MEGAPLANET executives Adisorn Foda and Napong Suksanguan were Tuesday brought to apply for the Ratchadapisek Criminal Court’s order for detention, police objected their bail release on ground that the case has severe punishment and involved many deaths and injuries.
Arrest warrants would be issued soon for several more suspects, according to Acting Metropolitan Police Commissioner Pol Maj Gen Sanit Mahathavorn.
