A group of 300 motorcyclists Monday filed a complaint at the Central Administrative Court to call for the cancellation of Bangkok traffic police’s ban on motorcycles driving over flyovers and through underpasses.
The group, led by Club to Assist Victims of Crimes president Achariya Ruangrathana, said they would sue three agencies – the Metropolitan Police Bureau, the Highway Department and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration – that were involved in implementing the ban.
