Police, troops raid Worachai’s house

About 50 policemen and troops and two police dogs raided former Pheu Thai MP Worachai Hema’s house in Samut Prakan Thursday morning.

When the raid was carried out at 6:20 am, Worachai  was not at home. He was a trip to Chiang Mai.
Saneh Pho-aroon, an aide of Worachai, said the officials took over two hours to search the house but did not find any illegal items. The officials seized a two-way radio, two rounds of 9mm pistol’s ammunition and 16 CDs for further checking.
