65-year-old American dies in apparent suicide in Krabi

A 65-year-old American was Tuesday found hung in a house he lived with his 38-year-old Thai wife.
The wife, Wongduan Lunla, told police that she returned home from work at noon and found the body of William Patrick hung from a rope tied to a window frame.
Wongduan said she returned home to bring lunch for her husband. She said the two have been living together at their house in Mueang Krabi district for years. She said Patrick became depressed after he left his work and stayed at home.
