A royal command was issued Monday to appoint Krairat Ngoeiwichit as the new secretary general of the office. 
	The appointment took effect retroactively to May 18. 
	He has been appointed to the post of deputy secretary general of the Office of the Central Administrative Court since December 21 2009.
