Ballot count done by 90 per cent, charter appears to win approval

Election Commissioner Somchai Srisutthiyakorn annnounced at 7:15 pm that the ballot count has been done by 90 per cent vote count and the results showed the charter draft has so far won approval.
He said the turnout was so far about 55 per cent.
