The red-shirt leader dismissed the current debate about the Senate’s role in selecting a prime minister, saying that either way was meaningless as it did not guarantee an outsider would not take the government’s top job.
“Do not be misled by this senatorial debate and do not pay attention to who would nominate a PM or when. Be afraid that the political parties would pretend they don’t have options but to side with an outsider prime minister,” Jatuporn said, stressing to prevent such condition, parties must announce now that they oppose an outsider PM.
