Games giant has Germans puzzling over 40,320-piece jigsaw

Ravensburg, Germany - German games maker Ravensburger is looking to enlist the help of over a thousand puzzlers to put together the world's biggest jigsaw, and it's no mean feat at 40,320 pieces.
Those who want to join in receive a small bag of 36 pieces each, with the smaller puzzles adding up in a patchwork-like manner to create the massive jigsaw.
"We need 1,120 people to take part. That should be achievable," a spokeswoman for Ravensburger said.
