Jatuporn says ready for third time in jail

Red-shirt leader Jatuporn Prompan on Tuesday packed his clothes and necessities to attend a court's ruling whether to revoke his bail.

He carried his stuff the Criminal Court at 9.30 am.

The court is scheduled to consider special-case prosecutors' request to revoke bail for five red-shirt leaders in terrorism cases linked to the 2010's violent street protest.

In addition to Jatuporn, the other fours are Nattawut Saikua , Weng Tojirakarn, Veerakarn Musikapong, and Nisit Sinthupai of United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship.

The prosecutors of Department of Special Investigation filed the petition against them asking the court to revoke the bail. In the petition, the five are accused of violating bail condition because TV programmes they hosted deemed as inciting unrest.

Upon the arrival in brief interview, Jatuporn said with smile but dull eyes: "I used to be in prison twice. If this time, the court rules to revoke the bail, it would be my third in jail."

However, the other four did not bring their packsacks or any stuff along. The four did not give the press interview, rushing to the court room.
