Aswin names four deputy governor candidates

The newly-appointed Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) governor, Pol General Aswin Kwanmuang, has submitted four candidates for posts as BMA deputy governors to Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha for consideration Friday.
The nominees are Lt-General Jeerasak Chomprasop, former 2nd Army deputy commander, former Provincial Police Region 1 commander Pol Lt-General Amnuay Nimmano, former BMA deputy permanent secretary Jakkapan Phiwngam, and BMA Traffic and Transportation Department director-general Taweesak Lertprapan.
