Alibaba starts working for 'double 11'

The annual online shopping festival "Double 11" launched by Alibaba is coming next Friday. To keep employees comfortable on that incredibly busy day, Alibaba's support crews are preparing supplies, including quilts, mattresses, tents, food, drinks and fruits, and even providing massage service.
