The Board of Investment says Huawei Technologies (Thailand) will go ahead with its investment in Thailand as planned earlier.
The BOI said a high-level Huawei executive had insisted that its projects accurately abided by regulations and procedures and were given approval by the BOI, the Immigration Bureau and the Ministry of Labour.
