Squadron Leader Dilokrit Pattavee died when the Gripen fighter jet he was flying crashed during the air show in Hat Yai, Songkhla province. 
The crash forced a temporary closure of Hat Yai International airport. 
The premier also instructed the Royal Thai Air Force to increase security for all shows.
