A Czech has reportedly been seeking unprotected sex with women and homosexuals in Thailand, spreading the fatal HIV, since 2014.

Zdened Pfeifer, 49, is wanted for allegedly sexually violating a minor and spreading the harmful virus among women and homosexual men in his home country before running away to Thailand.
Travel records show this fugitive flew to Thailand  three years ago, after which he had appeared in various tourist cities including Phuket and Chiang Mai.
Czech authorities have said that after Pfeifer tested positive to HIV in 2010, he had unprotected sex with at least 10 people. He even had his sexual intercourse with a minor recorded on VDO. Such offences carry a jail term of up to 12 years.
On its website, Interpol has warned that Pfeifer may be infectious and pointed out that he is also liable to commit sexual offences involving minors.
