Mr & Ms Contests sought in Myanmar
The Myanmar Stars Beauty Pageant Organisation will organise Mr and Miss Contests in major cities in Myanmar and make selections for international events.
Local events are to be arranged by John Lwin, who runs ‘Stars & Models Int'l Agency’ under the ‘Myanmar Stars Beauty Pageant Organisation’. For each event, a city director will be appointed.
"It has been many years since Myanmar sent contestants abroad. In this regard, we see much room for improvement. This is why we will try as hard as we can to stage the Mr and Miss Contests. Indeed, we have already links with the international community, and will appoint city directors in big cities. The selections from those cities will be shortlisted again through contests for the international events," said John Lwin, who is also the national director of Myanmar Stars Beauty Pageant Organisation.
The international events that the organisation has contacted are; Best Model of the World, Miss Globe International, Queen of Brilliancy International, Global Charity Queen, Miss Tourism Universe, Miss World Peace, Miss Charity Queen and Miss Global Beauty Queen.
