CU’s demonstration elementary school cancels class because of Influenza A virus outbreak

The Chulalongkorn University’s demonstration school (elementary) has suspended its class Monday and Tuesday in the wake of Influenza A outbreak.

The school announced that the measure is necessary so as to prevent the disease from spreading further.
It also advised its students to immediately see doctors if they fall ill and to not come to schools until they full recover.
According to Mayo Clinic Online, influenza viruses are divided into three broad categories: influenza A, B or C. Influenza A is the most common type. H1N1 flu is a variety of influenza A.
Each year's flu vaccine includes varieties of influenza A — both H1N1 and H3N2 — and influenza B.
