AP plans 15 low-rise projects this year

Listed property firm AP (Thailand) plans to launch 15 detached-housing and townhouse projects worth a total of Bt15 billion.

AP says the projects will feature a number of key sales driver: strategic location; a growing “premium affordable townhouse” segment; building on the success of its Baan Klang Muang high-end urban-living townhouses; and offering modern family single detached houses that appeal to the modern family.
Pamorn Prasertsan, chief of AP (Thailand)’s detached-home and townhouse business group, said most of the competitive activities undertaken today were by major developers that have generated more than 75 per cent of sales.
“As for AP’s business performance last year, as the leader in the single-detached-home and townhome product group, we were able to generate Bt12.33 billion in sales out of the 2016 total sales of Bt22.36 billion, while realised revenue for 2016 stood at Bt20.25 billion. Of this, Bt12.94 billion was from single detached homes and townhomes.”
The sales target for low-rise developments has been set at Bt13.6 billion. The company says its vision for low-rise developments in 2017 is to make AP’s detached houses and townhouses the top choices for the urban family.
