In its advisory issued at 11 am, the department said the storms would be caused by the influence of the a moderate high pressure ridge from China that will move down to cover Thailand during the period. 
Several parts of the four regions will see &nbsp;thundershowers, gusty winds and hail during the period, the department said. 
It advised the people to stay inside due to &nbsp;severe weather conditions.
