Summer storm unleashes rains and hails fall in Loei
Summer storm bringing rains and hails ravaged various districts of the northeastern province of Loei including Erawan, Wang Saphung, Pak Chom, Phu Luang and Phu Kradeung on Thursday afternoon. No one was injured or killed in the storm.
At Erawan District Hospital, many staff members and patients' relatives collected and took photos of hails, many of which reportedly were of a size of an egg. The hails covered the hospital's yard and damaged the windshileld of a car parked outside the hospital.
Officials are inspecting the damages after many homeowners in Erawan and other affected districts claimed their roofs were damaged by the hails.
