Tak roads already congested ahead of Songkran

Main roads in Tak province became congested on Tuesday – apparently because of tourists heading to Chiang Mai and migrant workers heading home to Myanmar.
Phaholyothing Road, which runs past Tak through to Chiang Mai province, became congested in the morning.
Roads to Mae Sot district and main roads in Muang Tak district were also congested with trucks, buses and cars as migrant workers headed home to celebrate Songkran.
