3BB customers to get free month’s use of MONOMAXX via app for service breakdown

Triple T Internet, which provides Internet service under the 3BB brand, has decided to compensate its customers who were unable to connect to its Net service on Saturday by allowing them free use of MONOMAXX via the MONO application for one month
.
The company submitted a proposal to this effect to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, whose secretary-general Takorn Tantasith said on Monday that the regulator had given its agreement as the offer would benefit Triple T Internet’s customers.
The company can therefore immediately make the offer to those affected by the 3BB service interruption, he added.
Use of MONOMAXX via the MONO app normally costs Bt129 per month.
