18-wheel truck collides with two sedans, injuring pupils

An 18-wheel truck collided with two sedans resulting in four injuries, including three pupils on the way to school, in Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung district on Tuesday morning.
Truck driver Wanchai Theerawat, 35, told police that the traffic light turned yellow as he was in the Ban Rong Poh intersection on his way to Rayong and he hit the brakes but lost control of the vehicle, crashing into the two sedans. It was raining at the time.
The four injured people, Nuchjira Phurod, 30, and three children, were in a white Honda Jazz sedan while the driver of a Honda City sedan was not hurt.
