The Portal Lifestyle Complex ties in to exhibition and convention centre
Paul Kanjanapas, managing director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co Ltd reveals that due to the growing demand of exhibition space and service, IMPACT has set aside a budget of Bt600 million for the four-storey commercial building “The Portal Lifestyle Complex” to serve visitors, exhibitors and Muang Thong Thani residents.
Located in the same compound as IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, The Portal Lifestyle Complex boasts a modern interior and exterior design inspired by the movement of undercurrents. The 8,000-square-metre building houses retail stores, leading restaurants, food court and brand-name outlets, serving as a meeting point for those attending events at IMPACT as well as a new lifestyle venue for the general public. The complex will be conveniently connected to IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger and IMPACT Exhibition Center via well-designed link bridges like a traveller voyaging across two universes, providing utmost convenience for everyone, according to the announcement.
Featured facilities include, on the first floor, a series of international restaurants, including After You, Burger King, The Pizza Company; retail stores and service providers including Watsons and Thai Ticket Major. The second floor will feature leading restaurants including Isan@Arena, Tsubohachi Express, Hong Kong Suki; also, a link bridge will connect and Link to IMPACT Challenger Hall 1, IMPACT Exhibition Hall 1, and IMPACT Arena’s third floor.
The third floor will feature a food arena, and 4th floor will host The Portal Ballroom. The medium-sized ballroom offers spacious, luxurious and elegant functional area with stunning, modern decor featuring grey carpet that matches a gold ceiling, chandeliers, and multiple lighting layers. The ballroom will offer 1,500 square metres of versatile space to accommodate different types of events and up to 500-1,000 guests. It will also be equipped with a full range of facilities, including organiser rooms, VIP room, and equipment room. The Portal Lifestyle Complex opening daily 10am to 8pm.
