Yannaphat Na-Mahachai, a rescuer with the Ruam Katanyu Foundation, said he was alerted by residents of soi Phetchaburi 12 at about 1.30am that the baby boy was found on a table in front of a house.&nbsp; 
Residents were alerted to the baby&rsquo;s presence by his crying. 
The baby was taken to the Children&rsquo;s Hospital to be examined.
