Over 500 products get BMA’s ‘Bangkok Brand’ certificate

Some 534 locally made products have been certified by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and granted the “Bangkok Brand”, a senior BMA official said on Thursday.
Wipharat Chaiyanukij, director of the BMA’s Social Development Department, handed out the Bangkok Brand certificates to the product owners at a special ceremony.
She said 534 products of the 630 that applied passed a quality test. Of these, 56 received a premium certification, 146 a gold certification, 214 silver, and 118 bronze.
