Play
Thousands of loyal subjects, clad in black clothes, turned out in the early hours of Sunday at Sanam Luang to watch three procession rehearsals for the Royal Cremation of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
Checkpoints were open from 5am but many of the people were waiting since 1am to choose the best vantage point.
HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana will also attend the rehearsal today.
