Sakon Nakhon coldest in a decade

Northeastern Sakon Nakhon province recorded its coldest temperature in a decade on Wednesday morning when the temperature at the agricultural weather monitoring station in Muang district dropped to 6 degrees Celsius.

The low temperature and a chilly wind prompted people in outlying districts to light outdoor fires just to warm up.
