More than 300 Phayao houses damaged by rainstorm

Officials visited the Moo 1, Moo 2, Moo 12 and Moo 14 villages in Tambon Nam Wan Monday morning to survey the damage and remove fallen trees.
Komkrit Rayakaew, head of Tambon Nam Wan Administrative Organization, said the storm had caused damage to more than 300 houses in the four villages, much of it the result of trees falling onto the properties.
Ten power poles were also brought down by the storm, he added.
