A Facebook user Khanchit Klingklip, a member of a natural resources volunteer network, on Tuesday&nbsp;posted photos and a video with a message reading, &ldquo;6pm at Chalong Pier.

A foreign man was carrying a sea star inside a plastic bag. Why can&rsquo;t he just watch it? Why did he take it? We are trying to conserve our environment and resources.&rdquo;
