Motorcycle repair shop owner killed when pickup truck crashes into shop
The owner of a motorcycle repair shop was killed on Saturday when a pickup truck lost control and crashed into his shop in Kalasin’s Muang district while he was repairing a motorbike.
Police said Nipon Muenpa, 50, died after being taken to Kalasin Hospital.
The pickup truck driver, Ampai Singto, 29, said she lost control of her vehicle because she had to swerve to avoid a motorcycle that cut in front of her.
The shop was badly damaged.
